Concept for Enhancing the Surface Quality of Tehran Airport
I completed an project on the "Rehabilitation of the Immediate Land Lot of Hakim Park." This 221-hectare site, formerly part of the historic vally barracks and Iran’s first airport, represents a significant urban transformation. The project examined the second phase of development, emphasizing the integration of leisure and recreational spaces into the surrounding urban fabric following the removal of military control. Through strategic planning and urban design analysis, I explored the role of Tehran Municipality in reclaiming and revitalizing this land, highlighting the importance of sustainable urban development and the reintegration of underutilized spaces into the city’s vibrant core.
